Collector Eduardo Costantini chooses Jeff Koons for his new condo in Miami

Two sculptures by Jeff Koons, bought last year for 14m by Eduardo Costantini, will adorn a magnificent condo that the 66-year-old Argentine businessman is building in South Florida. As reported by the Wall Street Journal a few days ago, the ownership of the two pieces – as well as the cost of maintaining and insuring them – will be included in the sales prices and maintenance fees of the 250 expensive condo units in the building.
